Caroline Dinh (UR LOCAL CYBORG) is a multidisciplinary artist and writer. Her paintings are inspired by science fiction and fantasy texts, and in her work she aims to transform language and literary imagery into vibrant visual compositions. With an educational and professional background in new media and software development, Caroline also hand-codes computational artworks that evoke physical painting mediums and human intuition.

Caroline holds a B.S. in Immersive Media Design from the University of Maryland. Her artwork has been featured in exhibitions or productions by Rockville Musical Theatre, Rhizome DC, Maryland Federation of Art, and Montpelier Arts Center. Her writing has been published in Flash Point SF and Strange Horizons.
